Red Chef
RedChef Cooking Demonstrations was created by Stephen Grimes. Following graduation from Cathal Brugha St. Catering College 15 years ago, Stephen went on to build a successful career as a full time chef. With a career spanning Australia, mainland Europe and Ireland, Stephen has worked in some fantastic locations, learning and developing his unique cookery skills along the way.
Stephen uses this experience and his love for cooking to demonstrate how easy and enjoyable it is to create good, healthy food while providing insights into the preparation, presentation and potential of cooking with fresh and quality ingredients.
